One Fast Elevator writes about the new tallest building in the world in Dubai, featuring “elevators that travel 100-miles a minute, with ground-breaking structure and design.”

Wow. Let’s see – 100 miles a minute. That’s 6,000 miles per hour. How many G’s is that? Talk about fast! What an elevator ride that will be.

(Actually it will only go 40 miles per hour. Bummer. Had my hopes up for awhile there.)
